These terms and conditions govern the use of the services offered by Flying Dress Playa, a brand of AWA Experiences LLC, a company registered in the State of Florida, United States. By accessing and using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Flying Dress Playa offers photography services, including individual, couples, and group photoshoots, using unique flying dresses at selected locations in Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya, Mexico.
3. Reservations and Payments
To book our services, a 20% advance payment of the total package cost is required. The remaining payment will be due on the day of the session. We accept payments in cash and by credit/debit card. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will be refunded in full. Cancellations after this period are non-refundable. In case of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost will be offered.
5. Privacy and Security
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. Data provided during the booking process will only be used for purposes related to your photoshoot session and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to our services, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and dress designs, are the exclusive property of Flying Dress Playa and AWA Experiences LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any copyrighted material is prohibited.
7. Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute related to this agreement shall be exclusively resolved by federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
